1. About Team Easy Online

Team Easy Online ("TEO") is operated by Easy Digital Marketing (PTY) LTD.

By registering for, accessing or using TEO, you agree to these Terms of Use and any rules or notices displayed within the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. Unless you have prior permission, you may hold only one TEO account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact TEO Support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Community participation

TEO is intended to be a constructive online community. Members must not use TEO to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate or deliberately harm other users.

Features, activities, rewards and participation rules may differ across different parts of TEO. Where a feature has additional rules, those rules form part of these Terms.

4. Advertising and promoted content

You are responsible for the websites, advertisements, banners, messages and other material you submit or promote through TEO. You must have the right to use and promote that material.

Content may be removed if it:

• contains or promotes unlawful activity;
• contains malware, viruses, spyware or other harmful code;
• breaks, traps or interferes with the TEO surfing frame or normal browser operation;
• contains adult or sexually explicit material;
• uses misleading, fraudulent or deceptive claims;
• promotes prohibited pay-to-promote or similar abusive traffic schemes;
• infringes intellectual property or other legal rights;
• creates an unreasonable technical, security or reputational risk to TEO or its members.

Rotators and similar services may only be promoted when the material shown through them also complies with these Terms.

5. Spam and promotional conduct

You may promote your TEO referral link and TEO promotional material only through channels that permit that type of promotion.

Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive promotion, abuse of third-party services or other conduct reasonably regarded as spam is not permitted.

6. Referrals

TEO may provide members with personal referral links. Referral credit depends on the referral being correctly identified by the system and on the applicable program rules.

You may not manipulate referrals, create false accounts, misuse another person's identity, or use automated or deceptive methods to obtain referral benefits.

7. Rewards, credits and results

Credits, rewards, balances, promotional resources and other benefits available within TEO are governed by the rules of the feature that issued them.

TEO does not guarantee income, sales, referrals, conversions, business results or any particular level of traffic or engagement.

8. Security and abuse

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with TEO systems, exploit vulnerabilities, automate activity in a prohibited manner, or access another person's account or information without permission.

9. Suspension or termination

Accounts, advertisements or access to particular features may be restricted, suspended or removed where these Terms are breached, where security or abuse concerns arise, or where action is reasonably necessary to protect TEO, its members or third parties.

Where practical, genuine mistakes or minor issues may be resolved without account termination.

10. Availability and changes

TEO is continually developed and features may be added, changed, temporarily unavailable or discontinued. Reasonable care is taken to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

11. Privacy

Your use of TEO is also subject to the TEO Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information and cookies are handled.
