1. Who is responsible for your information?
Team Easy Online ("TEO") is operated by Easy Digital Marketing (PTY) LTD.

2. Information we may collect
The information collected depends on how you use TEO. It may include:

- your email address and other contact information you choose to provide;

- advertising, surfing, reward and participation activity;
- messages, support tickets and information you send through TEO;

TEO does not necessarily collect every type of information listed above from every user.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

TEO may also use browser storage for particular site features where required for functionality.
At present, TEO does not use cookies for third-party behavioural advertising or advertising retargeting. If non-essential analytics or marketing tracking is introduced in future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent controls will be reviewed.
5. Google reCAPTCHA
TEO uses Google reCAPTCHA on certain forms to reduce spam, automated registrations and abuse. When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may receive technical information associated with the request in accordance with Google's own privacy terms.
6. TEO Support
TEO uses a help-desk system to receive and manage support requests. Information submitted in a support ticket, including your name, email address and message content, is stored and processed for the purpose of responding to and managing your request.
7. Sharing of information
TEO does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate TEO, provide hosting or email services, prevent abuse, process transactions, provide support functionality, or meet legal obligations.
Service providers are expected to handle personal information only for the purposes for which it is provided and subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. International services and data transfers
Some technology providers used by TEO may operate or store information outside South Africa. Where personal information is processed across borders, reasonable steps are taken to use services and safeguards appropriate to the information and purpose involved.
9. Information security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your TEO account or personal information may have been compromised, please contact TEO Support promptly.
10. How long information is kept
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate and protect TEO, to resolve disputes, or to meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.
Information that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymised or securely destroyed where appropriate.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information TEO holds about you and request that inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate information be corrected or deleted.
You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and the law permits withdrawal.
TEO may need to verify your identity before acting on a privacy request.
12. Email communication
TEO may send messages necessary for account operation, verification, security, support and transactions. Where optional promotional or newsletter communication is offered, available unsubscribe or preference controls will be respected.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as TEO develops or its services and legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
