Trinkets are in crypto values.
I do not know anything about wallets, exchanges or whatever issue there is about crypto, too complicated for me.( yes , I am a dinosaur :-) )
So I cannot benefit from those rewards.

Crypto can feel like a whole different language if you’ve never really used it.

I can’t offer crypto-to-cash conversion because that brings regulatory requirements I really don’t want TEO getting into (we're not an currency exchange), but what I can try to do is provide some other options. It’s a little technical, but I think I can make something work.

If you were able to transfer your Trinket reward value into your Piggy Bank instead, or convert it into Weaves, do you think that would help?

The reason I’ve included crypto in the Trinkets is because I’d love TEO to help people slowly build a real crypto portfolio without having to buy it themselves or spend hours doing faucets. I also believe that sending and receiving ordinary money online is getting more complicated in a lot of places, so learning about other ways of transacting can only help. And what I want to do in the near future is have some very simple classes here on TEO about wallets, crypto and how it all works, so people who want to learn can do it in a warm friendly and easy environment.

Thank you Rene 🤗 Mission accomplished 🤩 So you still need to redeem your trinkets, and then once you've done that, as long as the balance of any crypto coin is 0.01 or more, you can convert it to Piggy Bank. I'm going to make it so that members can also transfer Piggy Bank back to my other sites, maybe tomorrow. Just to make it easier for members to manage funds.

me either Rene and i am only a bit younger then you , but we didnt grow up with this that is the problem
